Effective June 11, 1992, pursuant to the Public Law 92544, all new employees must complete a satisfactory fingerprint check with the Washington State Patrol and the FBI. All employment is considered temporary until receipt of a satisfactory check.
 
Offer of employment for positions requiring a CDL license are conditional upon successful result of a drug test.
