If you see something, say something. Help keep our schools, students, staff, and community safe. Use the form below to report drugs, fighting, personal crises, safety risks, threats, vandalism, weapons, or other concerns. Providing personal information is optional and confidential.

Please make sure to select the appropriate school or facility so that we can forward the report to the correct administrators. Thank you.

If your concern is harassment (including sexual harassment), intimidation or bullying in nature, please scroll down and fill out the Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying (HIB) form and route to the building administrator. If you are unsure of the building administrator, feel free to bring the form to the District Office at 2320 Borst Ave and submit to Lisa Grant, Superintendent. Her email is [email protected].

The Centralia School District is committed to providing a safe and civil environment for learning. Such an environment is free from harassment, intimidation, or bullying. Our district defines harassment, intimidation, and bullying as any intentionally written message or image - including those that are electronically transmitted - or a verbal or physical act (including but not limited to those motivated by race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, or other distinguishing characteristics)
