Highly Capable Program

The Centralia School District annually seeks nominations from teachers, parents and community members for students who may benefit from the district’s highly capable program - APEX at grades 3-6 and Humanities at grades 7 and 8.

We are particularly interested in nominations for entrance into the APEX program for 3rd grade students. If you, as a parent, teacher or community member, are aware of a student entering the 3rd grade whom you believe would benefit from the services of the highly capable program due to a combination of exceptional creativity, intelligence and achievement, please contact Mary Ann White at 330-7619 for a nomination form.
