Healthy Youth Survey - Grades 6, 8, and 10 in the CSD

Here is a link to the State of Washington Healthy Youth Survey (HYS). This will take place between October 9th and the 27th at your student's school. Emails were sent out yesterday 9/25/23 informing you, included in the email were attachments for your own reading.
